Starter, Member & Pro

MeetFika has two subscriptions — a personal one (Member) and a team one (Pro). The Subscriber who buys Pro for their team gets Member-tier personal features bundled in (no double-paying), while everyone else on the team keeps their own individual plan. Here's how to pick.

Two subscriptions, two axes

Most tools make you buy the whole team plan just because one person needs unlimited features. MeetFika gives individuals an affordable path (Member at $12/mo) to lift the personal-productivity caps, and reserves Pro for teams that actually need team-level capabilities. The Subscriber who buys Pro gets Member benefits bundled in automatically — they pay once for both sides. Everyone else on the team keeps their own individual plan (Starter by default, or Member if they choose to upgrade).

Member — $12/mo

Per user. Lifts the caps on your own personal productivity: unlimited personal tasks with status tracking, unlimited career goals and wins, full check-in history beyond 60 days, and unlimited follow-up items in your own view. (Your own sentiment dashboard is already included on Starter.) Travels with you across every team.

Pro — $25/mo

Per team. Adds teamcapabilities: unlimited direct reports, coaching notes & manager-private space, team sentiment trends, and full team history. The Subscriber also gets Member-tier personal features bundled in at no extra charge, so you never double-pay.

How they combine

Pro bundles Member-tier personal features for its Subscriber. If you're the team admin upgrading your team to Pro, you get team features and your own unlimited personal features in one $25/mo subscription. Everyone else on a Pro team is not auto-upgraded — they keep their own individual plan, and can subscribe to Member ($12/mo) whenever they want unlimited personal productivity features for themselves. Your Member subscription travels with you if you switch teams.

Which plan do I need?

I just joined a team and I’m participating in check-ins with my manager.

STARTER

Stay on Starter. You can submit prep, join check-ins, log sentiment, and track up to 3 personal tasks, 2 career goals, and 8 wins — no payment needed.

I want to request an extra check-in with my manager outside our normal cadence.

STARTER

Direct Report-initiated ad-hoc check-ins are capped: Starter gets 3 total (lifetime), Member gets 2 per month (resetting on the 1st). These limits only apply to check-ins you start upstream — check-ins your manager schedules with you are unlimited on every plan.

I want unlimited personal tasks, unlimited career goals, and all my check-in history — just for me.

MEMBER

Subscribe to Member ($12/mo). This is the individual upgrade. Works whether you’re a team admin, a manager, or an individual contributor.

I manage a team of 5+ people and need unlimited direct reports plus coaching notes.

PRO

Ask your team admin to upgrade the team to Pro ($25/mo). This turns on team features for every manager on the team. If you are not the team admin, you may still want Member on top for your own personal features.

I want to see team sentiment trends and long-term team history.

PRO

That’s Pro (team-level). Ask your team admin to upgrade. Your own sentiment dashboard — the view of just your scores over time — is included on Starter at no cost.

I’m the team admin and I want both team features AND my own unlimited personal features.

PRO

Just upgrade the team to Pro. Pro bundles Member-tier personal features for its Subscriber, so you get team capabilities AND your own unlimited personal features in one subscription. No need to buy Member separately.

I’m on a Pro team, but my own personal tasks are still capped at 3.

MEMBER

That’s expected — Pro only covers its Subscriber (the team admin who purchased it). If you want unlimited personal tasks, career goals, and full own-history for yourself, subscribe to Member ($12/mo) on your own account.

Billing, upgrades & cancellation

  • Upgrade to Member: Settings > Billing > “Your Plan” section > Upgrade to Member. Any authenticated user can subscribe.
  • Upgrade team to Pro: Only team admins see this option. Settings > Billing > “Team Plan” section > Upgrade to Pro.
  • Cancel anytime: Both subscriptions use Stripe's customer portal — click “Manage subscription” from Billing settings. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
  • Data retention on downgrade: Nothing is deleted when you cancel. If you're over the Starter limits, new items beyond the cap are blocked until you either remove old items or re-subscribe.
  • Refunds: Email support if you need a refund within 7 days of a charge.
